This mustard is made using yellow & black mustard seeds, Warwickshire Ale & Warwickshire honey.

Purity Brewing Company produce Ubu Ale which is named after the brewery dog. The honey comes from a bee keeper with hives around Napton.

Ingredients: Ubu Ale (37%), Mustard seeds (26%), Cider Vinegar, Honey (22%), Chilli, Nutmeg, Salt.
