The initial batch was made with pumpkin. We gave some to some our friends Malini & Rahul, who used it at a dinner party and the rest is history so they say. Really good with your popodums and as a pickle to add a sharpness to you Indian meal. 

Ingredients. Butternut Squash (27%), Cider Vinegar, Chopped Tomatoes, Red Onions, Lime Juice & Zest (23%), Brown Sugar, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli, Ground Coriander, Turmeric & Cumin, Mustard & Fenugreek, Seeds, Salt.
