Apple & Napton Cider Chutney

Napton Cidery is based close to us in the Warwickshire Village of Napton. They started making cider as a hobby but in 2015 it became a business making 2000 litres. Now they're producing 90000 litres. We use their Recipe No3 Cider, a strong dry cider.

This chutney is great with soft cheeses, pates & even sausages.

Ingredients: Apples (36%), Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Sultanas, Onions, Napton No3 Cider (6%) (Sulphites), Dates, Ginger, Garlic, Spices.
