This is our first attempt at pickled walnuts and we're converted, we love 'em. We got the green walnuts from Verity Farm in Dorset in June and set about the 2 week long process of brining then pickling being careful to avoid the staining of anything that the green walnuts come into contact with.
Traditional British accompaniment to any cheeseboard.
