Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam

Our Scotch bonnet chilli jam is a fiery version of our sweet chilli jam, althought the same recipe it tastes completely different. Literally delicious with everything. Although it has a good kick it will not cause damage!!

Ingredients: Red peppers, red onions, caster sugar, chopped tomatoes, red wine vinegar, fresh ginger, scotch bonnet chillies (3%), garlic.
