Raspberry Jam

The classic raspberry jam. One customer at the stall said "wow, it tastes just like raspberries".....................

Yes it has the pips in it, we use whole fruit. I feel that they're part of the fruit & therefore part of the jam.

Ingredients: Raspberries (51%), Sugar, Lemon Juice, nothing else needed.
