Beetroot and Ginger Relish

Since we launched this has been one of our best-selling products. Consider serving this relish with your cheese boards. As it's a little sweeter it's especially good with goats cheese, smoked duck or liver pates.

Ingredients: Beetroot (32%), cooking apple, sugar, cider vinegar, onion, ginger (3.5%), garlic.

Handmade in small batches using locally sourced beetroot (sometimes homegrown) and non gluten containing ingredients. Also suitable for vegans.
