Roasted Plum Tomato & Garlic Ketchup

We roast the tomatoes & garlic to intensify the flavour and release the natural sugars so that we don't have to add as mucg sugar. Just use as you would a mass produced ketchup.

Ingredients:  Plum Tomatoes (52%), Red Onion, Cider Vinegar, Garlic (4.4%), Fair Trade Brown Sugar (3.5%), Ginger, Celery,  Chilli, Spices.
